With over 11 years of industry and research/consulting experience, Ms. Arora provides in-depth expertise in survey design and insight analysis, assesses the Voice of the Customer for improvement initiatives, and serves complex client needs across multiple industries.
Together with advanced relationship management skills and proven expertise in driving internal and external stakeholder engagements, Ms. Arora specializes in identifying market and customer needs, decoding end-user preferences and perceptions, and understanding the key drivers of satisfaction.
Ms. Arora is the media spokesperson for the agriculture industry in India and, as a foremost Thought Leader in this field, has had several articles published in key media outlets including The Times of India, Financial Express, and the Hindu Business Line.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2010, Ms. Arora was a Research Manager at Nielsen, India. There, she analyzed consumer, retailer and competitor behavior to assist clients with tactical decisions and strategic plans in the FMCG retail space. Previously, she was at Enterprise Nexus Communications (Bates Enterprise), India, as a senior account executive and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an audit associate.
Ms. Arora earned her Master’s in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and received a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Shri Ram College of Commerce.
