Mohit Kapoor leads the Consulting and New Solutions Practice and has served leading Automotive and Financial Services clients of J.D. Power across multiple markets in India, Australia and SE Asia.
With over 15 years of experience in consulting, Mr. Kapoor has strong expertise in architecting and executing complex consulting transformation projects related to Retail Consulting and Performance Improvement, Retention Analytics, CX Journey Mapping Workshops, Mobile Training, amongst others.
He currently leads two special initiatives at J.D. Power that focus on innovation & digital. The first is centred around a mobile telematics initiative and how it can help automotive OEM’s improve the way they understand and connect with customers, thus delivering better customer experiences. The second focuses on dealer analytics that combines dealer data, industry expertise and analytical models in order to guide an OEM’s business strategy.
Furthermore, Mr. Kapoor is also a member of a global group of experts within J.D. Power that pioneers new research initiatives on Mobility and Autonomous Vehicles.
Prior to joining J.D. Power, Mohit previously held roles with McKinsey and Evalueserve Singapore.
He holds an MBA (PGPX) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and graduated from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
