Darren Slind leads J.D. Power operations across the South Asia, ASEAN and Oceania region. He is responsible for client service and the delivery of voice-of-the-customer based insights and solutions that support the growth and success of our clients.
Mr. Slind has three decades of progressive sales, marketing and consulting experience.
Prior to his assignment to the Singapore office, Mr. Slind led J.D. Power automotive operations in Canada and Latin America from 2011 to 2017 as Senior Director. He established the Mexico City and Sao Paulo offices in 2011 and led the rapid growth of our local teams and expertise across the region.
Mr. Slind joined J.D. Power in 2000 in the Toronto office as Director of the Canadian Performance Improvement Practice before assuming the role of Country Manager in 2009.
Prior to joining J.D. Power, Mr. Slind worked at Xerox Canada Ltd. and Nissan Canada Inc.
He has consulted with leading companies and brands across several industries regarding how to achieve business performance gains through a deeper understanding of customer expectations and the alignment of key customer touch points to these expectations.
Mr. Slind earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA with distinction from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
