Kaustav Roy is responsible for long-term strategic partnerships with J.D. Power clients in the ASEAN and India markets, specifically in Two-Wheeler and Automotive industries, delivering insights through research-based consultancy work.
Mr. Roy provides strategic consulting on product planning and network operational improvements, and continuously monitors OEM performance.
He also spearheads the research-based consulting domain on process optimization at a network as well as organizational level, advising on service transformations including training in addition to process and product evaluations.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2011, Mr. Roy was Group Project Director at TNS Global responsible for overall quantitative research and client engagement and managed a business unit.
Previously, he worked in Customer Relationship Management with Honda Cars India responsible for developing CR systems for Honda India under the guidance of Honda Motor Company— Japan.
Mr. Roy earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology in India.
